Mandatory company profile registrations for speed-dating sessions.
All participants must create a business and innovation profile on www.ematch.eu/reg - for efficient profiling and matchmaking. There will be produced a Workshop Company Catalogue with extracts from the eMatch Profiles of participating companies. Remember to select 'accepted for publishing'.
Invite - and communicate - with potential partners using the eMatch Message System
When you are logged in with your eMatch account, you can use eMatch Message - an internal B2B mail system for communicating with other eMatch contacts, suggesting speed-dating sessions etc. When logged in, you can select companies by business and innovation categories and click the name of the contact persons you select - to send an email. When ready, please send speed-dating preferences to your national contact point - who set up the speed-dating meeting-plan.
An invitation text to potential Norwegian, SriLanka partners could be:
"Dear <name>, we find your eMatch Profile (paste profile URL of Norwegian profile here) interesting for potential business partnering. We like to discuss the interest and options to meet on Oct. 12th in Oslo (se program on http://ematch.eu/srilanka). Our eMatch Profile is (past your profile URL here). Speed-dating logistics
Each participating Norwegian company has a numbered place/table with announced meeting slots for speed-dating sessions. Meeting requests can be sendt to srilanka@ematch.eu.

A Workshop Company Catalogue with be printed, based on business descriptions and innovation interests extracted from the eMatch Profiles of participating companies.
